Netcool ® /OMNIbus TM 3.5 User Course (Unix)

Course Overview
The Netcool/OMNIbus User course is designed to provide a basic understanding of
Netcool/OMNIbus and provide practical experience of how it may be used in a Network Operations Centre to manage Network Events.

The User course is a prerequisite to the Netcool/OMNIbus Administration and Configuration course.

Prerequisites
Students should understand UNIX to a user level and have a basic understanding of network management.

Completion of the Web-Based ‘Introduction to Netcool’ Course is mandatory.
